One of our customers, after order confirmation, pointed out that the customs at the destination port strictly inspects solid wood packaging, and they hoped to avoid the cumbersome process associated with fumigation certificates. Based on the customer’s needs, our company proactively offered two pallet options for their choice: traditional wooden fumigated pallets (accompanied by fumigation certificates) and non-fumigated plywood pallets (no certificate required, direct export). The customer commented: “The fact that you offer both pallet options allows us to make decisions based on the actual customs clearance environment — very worry-free.”
We do not mandate a specific pallet type; instead, we give the customer the right to choose, flexibly matching the solution according to the actual situation at their destination port.
